Watership Property Limited is an independent property search and acquisition company. We specialise in finding houses, estates and farms for private buyers in Hampshire, Berkshire and Wiltshire. We provide a tailor made service acting exclusively for a restricted number of non-conflicting buyers.

We work exclusively for the buyer, giving impartial advice on all aspects of your property search and purchase.

We will take the strain of house hunting away from you. We will view many houses on your behalf, until we find one that we believe meets your requirements and thus save you many wasted hours of motorway travel, viewing houses that aren’t suitable for your family. Once we have found your perfect home, we negotiate the best possible terms and work with you through to exchange and completion.
We have extensive black book connections for any service you could possibly need, from surveyors to solicitors, to structural engineers, interior designers and landscape gardeners
