ABOUT PADDY

Before joining Prime Purchase, Paddy worked as an estate agent for 24 years. He started out in Knight Frank’s country house department before setting up the Bishop’s Stortford and Cambridge residential sales offices.

Born and bred in Newmarket, Paddy attended the Royal Agricultural College before working in the racing industry in America and Ireland, and then embarking on a long, successful career as a country house agent.

Paddy lives in Cambridgeshire with his family and his children attend Cambridge schools. Despite covering a significant geographical patch including Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Hertfordshire and Essex, Paddy has detailed local knowledge. He is also extremely well connected, enjoying excellent, long-standing relationships with all the property professionals who work across these counties. Such connections are crucial for opening doors for his clients.

With only a finite number of big houses across the five counties, Paddy has pitched on most of them at some point and sold a fair few as well. Many people have sought his considered advice over the years, enquiring about the best schools and areas to avoid.
