He lives in southwest London with his wife and daughters, but will always jump to the defence of his Essex roots if required.

Lucy began her career in financial PR in the City, before switching to residential agency, working for an independent firm in the heart of Chelsea. From there, she helped set up and build a highly successful prime central London boutique agency, with a focus on discretion and personal service. During her five years there, Lucy represented numerous high-profile clients on both the sell and buy side across all prime postcodes, focusing predominantly in the super prime space.

Following this success, she was headhunted by Finchatton, London’s leading luxury residential developer, where she was head of client relations, gaining first-hand experience in all aspects of property projects. This experience enables Lucy to deliver a more holistic offering in her role as a buying agent.

Through her extensive network and experience, Lucy is able to advise clients with the highest professionalism, ensuring their property search is successful and, even, enjoyable. She is extremely personable and has razor-sharp attention to detail.

Lucy lives in West London with her husband and one-year-old son. She spends her weekends at her family home in Gloucestershire where she is a keen horse rider. She adores cooking and entertaining in her spare time.

Alex began his property career in 2013 at Foxtons before moving to Marsh & Parsons in Notting Hill where he focused on residential sales. He then spent seven years as a senior buying consultant at Black Brick, assisting high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients with their residential purchases across London.

Sourcing everything from prime and super-prime flats and houses to pieds-à-terre and investment potential, Alex provides strategic advice and exclusive access to off-market properties.

Having lived in London for a decade, Alex possesses deep local knowledge, particularly across north and east London. His strong negotiation skills, extensive networks, and market insight enable him to secure exceptional opportunities for his clients.

Abi is not your average buying agent, having qualified as a chartered surveyor at the outset of her property career back in 2009.

Before joining Prime Purchase, Abi spent over a decade working for Savills. Initially working in their commercial investment team, she moved across to their residential arm, first covering Notting Hill, Holland Park and Kensington, before relocating south of the river to cover Wandsworth, Balham and Clapham.



After leaving Savills, Abi joined a boutique buying agency, widening her exposure geographically, and acquiring properties across Southwest London. As such, she has accumulated significant experience across a diverse range of assets, from prime residential homes through to some of London’s largest and most complex commercial mixed-use assets.



During her career, Abi has built a substantial network of contacts which she utilises to ensure her clients have access to the most discreet and exceptional off-market opportunities. A strong work ethic and aptitude for people means she is quick to understand her clients’ needs, tailoring their searches accordingly, and delivering results that are invariably not on the open market.

Abi is based in Streatham, where she lives with her husband, two young boys and her beloved spaniel, Baloo. When she gets a rare free moment, Abi is working hard honing her golf skills.
