With over two decades experience in the London property scene, and a network of property professionals to match, Nicholas is well-positioned to share his passion for property, and his experience and contacts to benefit clients as they find their next property in London.

In 2004, having already conducted several property searches for friends during his spare time, he realised that this was what he really enjoyed doing and so left his career in media and technology to set up Home Fusion. Nicholas has subsequently completed over 130 searches for property in London, and while doing so he has viewed thousands of properties and met hundreds of agents across greater London.

His client base includes owner occupiers, investors, first time buyers, to those downsizing and everything in between. He has global experience working with clients from countries as diverse as Russia, Australia, the U.S., China and the Gulf States.

A New Zealander by birth, Nicholas lives with his husband in Camden Town, and has plenty of first hand experience in property renovation and development.
