Gemma has been advising buyers on their property purchases since 2018, following five years working as a selling agent. During this time, she has built extensive market expertise, a broad professional network and a deep understanding of her clients’ needs. She specialises in sourcing property for clients in the Cotswolds, where she was born and raised before going on to university.

Having honed her skills as a buying agent in London, Gemma was keen to return to the Cotswolds in 2020, making her particularly well placed to advise clients trading a similar path from town to country. Her strong network of local contacts ensures her clients have access to the most discreet and off-market opportunities, putting them in pole position for best-in-class properties in what can be a very competitive market.

With Gemma’s parents working as Cotswolds estate agents for more than 40 years, one could say Cotswolds real estate runs in the blood. Gemma now lives in Guiting Power, between Stow and Cheltenham, with her husband and young children. To unwind, she enjoys skiing, walking and tennis, and is delighted that her children attend her old school.
