When we found our dream home, Victoria helped us make an attractive offer, and handled all of the paperwork etc. that comes with buying a home. She also arranged the surveyors, quotes from builders...everything! She really guided us through the searching and buying process of a new home perfectly.
Throughout the entire process Victoria has been professional, quick to reply to emails or answer late night text messages. Viewing houses with her was fantastic, she has excellent knowledge of historic homes, local areas, and does research on the property before viewing -- making an excellent guide! I thoroughly enjoyed working with her, and can't thank her enough for helping us find, purchase, and love our new home!
Relocating back to the UK from Hong Kong in Covid
We had never worked with a buying agent before, but Victoria came highly recommended as a local expert. She very quickly understood our needs and was always on the ball when it came to pre-market and just-to-market properties. Her connections with the local agents really helped too. We found her objective view of the properties she showed us hugely useful. Lots of video footage and photos of the houses & gardens were sent through so we could comment on them (positives & negatives) which Victoria then acted upon accordingly.
After the completion of our house, the property was empty for three months. Victoria very kindly went that extra mile & regularly checked on the property, picked up the mail, talked with utility companies, called/met with various contractors, etc. These are just a fraction of the things Victoria did to assist us (following completion), and for that, we can't thank her enough.

We had become exhausted trawling Rightmove trying to find our new home in Surrey. It seemed to be a lost cause, what with houses already sold by the time they came up on the website alternatively constantly reaching a dead end by not getting the necessary information needed to make an informed decision on a property.
Moving from South Africa to the United Kingdom is daunting enough but finding a home that ticked all the boxes seemed virtually impossible until we met Victoria. Her unique combination of professionalism, experience in the property market and the ability to get to know you and find homes that match your individual taste and requirements is a rare skill in a very complex environment.
The property market in the United Kingdom differs vastly from that in South Africa and having Victoria involved right at the outset, sourcing the right home for us, and then monitoring the entire process from submitting an offer to completion was indispensable.

My client was downsizing, it was a very emotional move and she wanted to stay local. The house we saw before anyone else and realised it was the 'one' but it was going to the open market. My client needed to sell her current home so she activated her already chosen selling agent, who immediately has a good selection of buyers for the following 2 days but as last minute they couldn't accommodate the weekend viewings. No problem, with the agreement of the selling agent I carried out all the viewings as it would mutually benefit my client and I knew if she didn't buy this house we may never find another that appealed to her. A buyer was found and although now up against another bid on this house, we were successful.
Going above and beyond is needed in this job and getting stuck in pays off!
