Having fully understood your requirements my principal aim will be to provide you with a regular shortlist of properties that not only fit your brief as closely as possible but also helps build your own knowledge of the market, refine your priorities and thus aid your ultimate decision. Many of these properties will only be available privately. During the course of the search, I will be advising you on value, location and any matters, both positive and negative that might affect your decision. This could be the proximity to schools, railway stations, shops but also potential planning or other threats in the area so that you have a thorough understanding of the property. If you require specialist knowledge and advice, then I can arrange for an appropriate consultant to advise you. Likewise, If the property requires repair or you are looking to make changes then I can introduce you to planners, architects, specialist builders etc.

Having made your choice, we will agree a strategy to ensure you purchase on the most favourable terms available. Once terms have been agreed I will then work with your lawyer, mortgage broker and surveyor to ensure the transaction goes through smoothly and within the agreed timetable. I will also be providing a report on the property which includes price comparison with similar properties, the location of local services and facilities as well as relevant planning data and other environmental issues affecting the property. On the completion day I will carry out a thorough check of the property, ensuring it has been left ready for your move in.
