We carry out a detailed search brief, proactive property search, area familiarisation tours, due diligence, price negotiation, overseeing the conveyancing and sales progression.
With many properties being sold/let off market or before they hit online portals such as Rightmove, most buyers are unaware that properties have been concealed off-market for years. The Buyer Agency has established good relationships with many Estate Agents and utilise these for our clients benefit.
