Anita

Anita was born in Kent and worked in the South East and London within the financial services industry.

In 2006 Anita moved to South West France for 8 years while running a gite business and also as a property manager for several large properties.

Upon returning to the UK 10 years ago Anita has been buying, selling, and renovating properties.

Beth

Beth has a vast knowledge of East Kent having lived in the area for the last 35 years.

Over the last 20 years Beth has bought and renovated several properties within the East Kent area.

Beth is also an experienced landlord and holiday let owner.

Beth's children attend independent and grammar schools locally, so she has a wealth of experience.
