Family home purchased for Dubai based buyer

I recently had the pleasure of working with Neil Laman who was recommended to me by my mortgage broker, as well as my bank. His skills and expertise in handling clients with similar requirements as mine for new build property was a blessing, and I can't speak highly enough of my experience of finding my dream home because of him. As an international buyer, I relied on his thorough knowledge of home construction, varied real estate agencies/developers and the local market, suggesting areas I had not previously considered. He was patient, listened actively, answered my questions, and gave me the best advice to conclude the sale.

I was keen to find a brand-new house, within a 45 minute train journey to London Victoria. This presented a challenge for Neil given the geography he covered as we looked at houses across two counties! However, the property tours were fun, informative and relaxed and Neil always came up with some excellent options. Thanks to his patience, he found a perfect house in a boutique development near Lingfield which we love.

I would have no hesitation in using Neil again for any other property purchases and have already recommended him to friends.

Interior Designers call for help!

Given our longstanding relationship with this high profile Middle Eastern family, we were called upon us for help with finding a house on the 'Main Island' of the Wentworth Estate, near other relatives already there. As we had previously worked with Neil in London with previous clients , we knew with his contacts and discretion he would be the one to assist. The family wanted to be in a very specific location and Neil knew exactly who to call and was able to access the right properties, introducing surveyors to complete the due diligence prior to purchase.
