Middleton's Surrey & Sussex coverage is led by Jasper, who joined the firm in 2025 after nearly two decades in prime property. Jasper advises across the classic commuter-belt villages of Esher, Cobham and Weybridge in Elmbridge, the picturesque Surrey Hills villages such as Chiddingfold, Shackleford and Holmbury St. Mary, and the highly coveted private estates including St George's Hill and Wentworth. Having grown up in St George's Hill, attended school locally and still living in the area today, Jasper's inside knowledge and contacts are invaluable assets in one of the UK's most competitive property regions.
Typically, Jasper finds homes for people moving out of London, looking for a slice of the countryside life but still wanting to retain easy commutability to the city. As a father of four teenagers, he has been on the very journey that many Middleton clients embark on - weighing up local schools, transport connections, amenities and community feel - and brings that first-hand perspective to every brief. A particular thrill is being invited back by clients to see their home some years later: renovated, lived-in and loved.
Naturally, the popularity of this area has brought a heightened level of competition among property advisors. Jasper, however, stands out from the crowd, not just for the depth of his own knowledge and experience - built up over career spells at Hamptons and Savills, and most recently running his own buying business - but for the professional and administrative support he receives from the Middleton team.
