Hertfordshire has been Emma's home for over 40 years. She knows the towns, the villages, the schools, the school application processes, the commutes, the clubs, the pubs and the community vibes. She shows insight and vision when it comes to helping her clients to find and choose a home.
Emma has a law degree from University College London, is a qualified chartered accountant (having trained at Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers) and worked in city investment banking for 10 years. She is known for her attention to detail and her proven ability to negotiate strongly on her clients' behalf. She provides experience, guidance and momentum in the time consuming and sometimes complicated process of property acquisition.
We found Emma after many long months of searching and although she didn\'t source our property for us off-market, Emma was instrumental in guiding us to truly understand what we were actually looking for and what we were willing to take on.
Without Emma, we simply would not have been able to close on our final home. She put in endless hours of cost projections, site visits with tradesmen and managed to negotiate a brilliant price on our behalf. All with a reassuringly calm and collaborative attitude.
We cannot recommend her highly enough.
If you\'ve found Emma, then well done!
