Jerome is a French seasoned property investor and developer, with over 20 years experience investing in and renovating residential and commercial properties in France and the UK.

CLAIRE RUSSELL-LARTAUD BA LLB (Hons) - Co-Founder and Director
Claire is a qualified residential and commercial property lawyer with over 15 years professional experience in both the UK and Australian property markets and 20 years personal experience buying, renovating and selling properties.


End-To-End Property Finding Service
The most hands-off way to buy a property possible!

Our full end-to-end property finding service starts with an initial, free, no obligation consultation, either face-to-face or over the phone, to discuss how the service works and to gain a clear understanding of your requirements. It also gives you a chance to see whether you like us!!! You are about to make your most expensive purchase, so it is important that you feel comfortable with the people helping you do this.

If you decide to retain us, we will take a detailed brief from you and start proactively searching for and viewing properties which are either openly or discreetly marketed through estate agents, private owners, property developers and other sources through our network of contacts.

Each property that meets your criteria and that we consider suitable will be presented to you in a comprehensive property appraisal report, which will also assess the property based on your specific requirements. If you like the property, we will then arrange a second viewing with you at your convenience.

Once you have identified the property you wish to purchase, we will liaise with the agent and assist in negotiating the best purchase price on your behalf. We will also organise and co-ordinate the team of service professionals required as part of the conveyancing process – solicitors, surveyors, insurers, lenders/brokers and management agents – if and where applicable and with the view to ensure the purchase reaches completion as swiftly as possible.

Being totally independent gives us complete impartiality in making recommendations to clients.
