We ensure that our clients get the best possible value. Having established just what they do – and do not – want from their property purchase, we make sure we leave no stone unturned in tracking down the right property.
With over 20 years experience as buying agents agents in the South East we know our areas intimately and we save wasted journeys by screening out the unsuitable, checking out the right properties and working with our clients right through the whole transaction.
Our service is not confined to the search and acquisition of the best houses – we can help with a multitude of ownership and purchase issues:
ELIZABETH MERCER BA (Hons) MNAEA
From a background and degree in marketing, Liz joined Savills’ international department in the late 1990’s to take responsibility for residential developments across Europe and the West Indies.
Liz has co-ordinated searches across the south east and found houses for numerous clients – largely based on her exceptional understanding of her clients’ requirements and the close affinity she has built up with key people in the main selling agents across the area.
COLIN MACKENZIE FRICS FNAEA
Colin qualified in the early 1970’s, running offices in Sussex and Kent for Hamptons before taking over the helm of their London Country house department in the mid 1980’s; he now offers over 45 years’ experience of the country house and estates markets across the south of England.
It was the appeal of working to find clients their ideal house that led Colin to change direction in the late 1990’s and, following a spell with the buying team at Knight Frank, Colin and Elizabeth formed their own search consultancy in 2003.
Being totally independent gives us complete impartiality in making recommendations to clients, whether in the search process or in helping secure their purchase at best value.
