Having spent much of her childhood in the area and later studied Real Estate at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester, Charlotte's inside knowledge and contacts are invaluable assets in one of the UK's most competitive property regions, where off-market and private sales predominate. Her patch spans the most sought-after villages and market towns, from Broadway and Upper Slaughter to Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold, Cirencester and Tetbury.
Many of Charlotte's clients are families moving out of London who want to maintain work and social connections with the capital city. As well as the well-documented natural attractions of the Cotswolds, the lifestyle on offer - from fine country houses to excellent schooling and a thriving equestrian scene - is a major pull to the area. Having begun her career in property development in London before moving to Knight Frank, where she worked across the country house and prime residential markets, Charlotte brings a strong commercial grounding alongside particular expertise in equestrian property.
