We can also assist with advice on local schools, removals and, if required, interior design, building and renovations through our partners at Reid Williams Design, ensuring a complete end to end service.

Our founder and Managing Director Charlie Williams has deep roots in the local area. Charlie spent 20 years living in London working for distinguished property companies including Savills, Knight Frank and UK Sotheby’s International Realty, before founding CB Williams Property in 2018 to provide an exceptional service to a select handful of Clients.

Charlie now lives on the Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset border with his family and having come full circle, he is perfectly placed to advise Clients moving from London.

With a passion for the countryside and an eye for architecture and detail Charlie is perfectly placed to ensure his Clients not only secure their perfect property but understand the local area and all that it has to offer them and their family in their new home.
